"Dana was so incredibly helpful! When I reached out to her my 4.5 month old was going through it. Out of nowhere she had stopped napping in her crib and sleeping through the night. She would only do contact naps and would scream anytime I would put her down in her crib. Dana was so patient and helped us figure out the best approach for our daughter. She took the time to listen and change things when needed. She was gentle when it came to correcting mine and my husband's "mistakes" and didn't make us feel bad. "My baby was going on 9 months. For 9 months my baby
co-slept. He had grown accustomed to breast feeding throughout the night. All he had to do was move his head from right to left, and I knew he wanted to breast feed again. Then I noticed he was not actually drinking. It was just for comfort and habit. I needed a full night of sleep. I maxed out on lack of sleep. I also didn’t have a bedtime for him. He would just fall asleep in my arms while we watched television until late at night.
Dana advised me on a bed routine for my little one, getting him down for bed at a reasonable time, and that naps during the day plays huge role on all of it! The first night he woke up at his usual times, but I only went to him (out of habit) for his 1st wakening. I quickly learned that he CAN soothe himself back to sleep. The next night, he soothed himself to sleep for all the middle of the night awakenings. At this point, he no longer cries during the night at those triggered times. I learned that indeed a baby should have a set bedtime and now I enjoy my evenings with my husband again. I learned about naps, the lengths and distancing them, as well as cutting them off in some cases as they all are to benefit the end goal of bedtime and a good night’s sleep."

"So grateful for Dana’s sleep program! We hit the 4 month sleep regression hard and kept waiting it out but at 5 months we were both going back to work and it was taking 2 hours of feeding/rocking to sleep, with countless night wakings and dozens of transfer attempts throughout the night. We hired Dana for 2 weeks of support and successfully transitioned our baby girl from the Snoo in our room to sleeping 11-12 hours in her own room in the crib with only one night feeding. "Dana is absolutely amazing at what she does. We hired Dana when our daughter was 10 months old. I was fighting the idea of sleep training for a long time, that is until it became impossible for my husband and I to function normal anymore. Dana is so knowledgeable, understanding and gentle in her approach, immediately after talking to her a lot of my concerns dissipated. When we started to work with Dana, our daughter woke up every half hour to 2 hours needing to be picked up or fed. "Our oldest was a "perfect" sleeper, sleeping through the night from her early newborn weeks. So when our son came along, we were completely unprepared for the sleep challenges we faced. I considered two hours of sleep a "win." Our son, 6 months old, was waking every 1-1.5 hours at night. I'd feed him, change him, and by the time I finally fell back asleep, he'd wake up again. Naps were just as unpredictable, and some nights he'd be wide awake at 2 a.m. wanting to play for nearly two hours. Despite trying every Instagram sleep hack, swaddle, and sleep setup imaginable — nothing worked. On top of our exhaustion, we started to worry about how the lack of sleep was affecting our son's growth. We mentioned our struggles at his check-up, and our pediatrician recommended Dana. From the start, Dana was amazing. She took the time to understand our situation and created a clear, personalized plan for us to follow. We initially opted for a two-week plan, but since naps took longer for our son to adjust to, we added an extra week. Dana was so patient, encouraging, and always available to answer our questions, she never gave up on us! I won’t sugarcoat it, this experience was tough at times. It did involve hearing our baby cry more than we would have liked, but thankfully, it didn’t last long. Dana really helped ease our minds, offering reassurance and guidance to make the process as smooth as possible. Ultimately, the temporary crying was far better than the months of intermittent sleep and the potential negative effects that lack of rest could have had on our son. Incredibly, our son slept 9 hours straight that very first night! Over time, he naturally dropped his night feeds and started sleeping 10-11 hours through the night. He now also naps about 3 hours total during the day. Of course, there are still some random off days and nights, but with the knowledge Dana gave us, we feel confident in how to handle those moments and get our boy back on track without anyone losing sleep. Even after our time with Dana ended, she continued to check in to make sure everything was still going well. Dana truly changed our lives — and I mean that. Thanks to her expertise, our son is now well-rested, happier during the day, and thriving. "Dana was an amazing sleep coach. We hired her for our 1 year old son. He was used to sleep in our room and he was constantly waking up all night and it was very hard to get him to sleep. Thank you to her program we were able to achieve full night sleep without any interruptions in his own room and regulated his naps schedule. "Dana's sleep-training program actually changed our lives. We can't recommend it too much; unless you have a child that perfectly sleeps on a schedule at 6 months old (which is nobody that we know), you should sign up for this program. It will probably change your life too. We were feeling reasonably confident about being able to sleep-train our new twin babies after having trained two older kids already. Now we regret not enlisting Dana's help for every kid! Our twins are on a consistent sleep schedule at just 7 months old, and we can finally make time for ourselves again.
